This is such a quick and healthy breakfast, Lunch or dinner recipe perfect for gym goers and people on a low or non carb diet.
250g Turkey ‘minced’
1 Whole egg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Sumac
Pop all above ingredients into a bowl and really mix and bind together till you get a paste. Heat a small pan add olive or coconut oil. Place the mixture into the pan flatten out into a pancake shape cook for around 3 minutes then flip just as you would a pancake cook for a further 3 minutes.
Place the pan into a preheated oven at 180 to 200c cook for a further 6-8 minutes untill fully cooked and any juice runs clear.
Serve with an avocado or a side salad.
